A new chapter in our City’s history.

Sitting at the base of ANZAC Parade along Constitution Avenue, ANZAC Park East is of great importance to the Canberra landscape. The new office building will be iconic, continuing the legacy of the original two Portal buildings at the base of ANZAC Parade, framing the Parliament House Heritage Vista.

A premium workplace in a monumental building, ANZAC Park East will be an agile 21st century workplace; innovative, connected and sustainable.

The new building will be nine levels of highly flexible floorplates to encourage flexible working and collaboration, whilst targeting a 5.5 Star NABERS Base Building Energy rating and leading Environmentally Sustainable Design initiatives. The floorplates and clear glass façade design will allow the occupants to appreciate the views and significance of their position in the Heritage Vista, with outlooks towards both the Australian War Memorial and Parliament House.

The revitalised mixed-use precinct will not only be a privilege to work within and inhabit but will add additional value to the wider community. Before, during and after work, occupants are encouraged to enjoy a short walk or cycle to Commonwealth Park with new pedestrian pathways, or take full advantage of the picturesque views across Lake Burley Griffin.
